I went to have a gander at Pick Me Up 2013 (I know, it was six months ago) because it is my favourite event of this kind so far. Apart from great stuff (Jean Julien, Daniel Frost, some great collectives) I really enjoyed meeting The Loop ladies, who were running a newspaper workshop for kids (and souls alike, because the attendants are mainly aspiring illustrators as I am).
